Submit a Warranty Claim

Value Built Homes provides a warranty for the workmanship of your home build. Products within the home are under the warranty of their respective manufacturers. While we assist in coordinating repairs for these manufacturer-covered items, any labor costs related to manufacturer defects are the homeowner’s responsibility.

Please allow 24 business hours for a response.
Kentucky residents receive a one-year workmanship warranty; all other warranty claims should be filed through your 2-10 warranty.
Indiana residents receive a two-year workmanship warranty; all other claims also require filing through the 2-10 warranty.
If warranty work is required, access must be granted to your home to Value Built Homes, their representatives, or subcontractors during normal business hours (7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday) to address or correct the claim items.
