You must be a licensed real estate agent and/or broker in Indiana, Kentucky, or Illinois.
You must personally accompany the buyer on their first visit to the site or office.
Buyers who have previously visited with Value Built Homes are not eligible for registration under this program.
If a buyer is referred by multiple real estate professionals, the referral fee will be paid to the Realtor or firm indicated by the buyer at the time the purchase agreement is signed.
Split fees will not be offered.
Commissions generally do not apply to post-contract upgrades (e.g., fencing, pools, landscaping, change orders), unless otherwise agreed upon when the purchase agreement is finalized. Commissions are not paid on lots or land purchased separately.
Commissions will be paid either at the time of the first construction draw or, for a spec home, at closing.
